Houses
We celebrate the spirit of competition and teamwork among our four houses: Buckland, Cothele, Edgecumbe and Saltram. Our house teams come together for sports events as part of our PE curriculum.
All of the children are split into houses within our school and wear coloured t-shirts to show which team they belong to.

Throughout the school year, all children in Key Stage 2 will compete in Level 1 competitions in PE and will represent their house team. This fulfils the PE national curriculum which states that all children in Key Stage 2 should be exposed to an organised sporting competition in school. The largest event of this nature each year, is the annual sports day event whereby children compete in their house teams.
